He established the company in 1996. It was the first company in Poland to execute large format advertising campaigns. He introduced the 6x3m format to the market – the ‘Cityboard’ - which became the standard for outdoor advertising in Poland. In the company’s operations, Michal uses his experiences from the North American advertising market.
He has been consequently developing Cityboard Media which is the only Polish company and the largest independent entity on the Polish out-of-home market.
In his free time, Michal likes sailing and skiing.
He has been developing the Cityboard Media company from its very beginning, together with his father, Michał Stan. Marcin acquired his management skills from internationally recognised universities: Queen’s School of Business and Ecole de Management Strasbourg.
His hobbies include aviation and jogging.
